Fair to Midland (FTM), is a unique concept with ties into the prevailing industry trends of a large patio with ample seating while creating an interactive customer experience. FTM includes a 4,000 +/- sq. ft. building, and large 8,000 +/- sq. ft. outdoor courtyard. The Fair to Midland experience is similar to visiting the State Fair with numerous games, amusements, and art installations meant to entertain patrons while they eat, drink & socialize.
